I have built an agricultural cooperative where they produce food, drinks, meet and clothes. All facilities collected by forklifts.
The forklifts have very limited capacity, so I need to support them with regular trucks.

I usually put a single livestock range (storage building) between the livestock farm, and connect the other factory connection of the slaughterhouse to a meat storage. I let the same bus stop service both buildings, and set number of workers going to the slaughterhouse to be something minimal. That way the slaughterhouse spends most of its time with no workers in it, but once some workers do arrive, they quickly slaughter all the cows that have piled up in storage.
100% agreed. The actual cost of an underutilized slaughterhouse is tiny.

slaughterhouse so that all the cows fed into it produce the meat transported by rail. The meat, for a buffer, is placed in a freezer with a large capacity, as it waits for trains.
Note what is written in that mods description, I scaled up those values, iirc, to that of what the vanilla plant would produce.
The buildings before that are the livestock halls, store cows.
Before that livestock farms, to breed.
The silos feeding the cows within the farms.
lol, indeed.
