How to best utilize slaughterhouse?
The slaughterhouse can take the input of a dozen or so livestock farms, but the connections you can make (including with the pens) are very limited, especially if you not also want a myriad of grain storages.

Last time I played livestocks was before the forklift center. I guess you could make a complicated network and maybe even use up one slaughterhouse capability. (Can cows be transported per forklife?)
Is there a guide(blueprint how to do it?

Forklifts do transport cows.
I have built an agricultural cooperative where they produce food, drinks, meet and clothes. All facilities collected by forklifts.
The forklifts have very limited capacity, so I need to support them with regular trucks.

Make a train that picks up cows from the dozens farms/halls and drop them in the slaughterhouse. I've done it and its always running maximum.

This seems to work for me, nothing elegant, but works....

Trying to utilize the entire capacity of the slaughterhouse seems like a waste to me, a case of false efficiency. Any inefficiency that comes from running a low-staffed slaughterhouse for just one livestock farm would be minimal compared to the cost of transporting the huge amount of livestock to the slaughterhouse, and the meat to end users (instead of having more distributed production).

I usually put a single livestock range (storage building) between the livestock farm, and connect the other factory connection of the slaughterhouse to a meat storage. I let the same bus stop service both buildings, and set number of workers going to the slaughterhouse to be something minimal. That way the slaughterhouse spends most of its time with no workers in it, but once some workers do arrive, they quickly slaughter all the cows that have piled up in storage.

Speaking of meat production, I heard that livestock farms produce massive amounts of biological waste, which is entirely unsurprising. If I use one factory connection to connect them to a garbage container transfer stand, does the biological waste go there directly? I mean, it's not a production output per se, so I thought I would ask.

Pretty sure you need a dump between them for biological waste to be sorted at a building, but I could be wrong.

100% agreed. The actual cost of an underutilized slaughterhouse is tiny.

What is that big facility in the center of the picture? Everything leads to that one big building?

Area 54, you're on the trail of something big.

slaughterhouse so that all the cows fed into it produce the meat transported by rail. The meat, for a buffer, is placed in a freezer with a large capacity, as it waits for trains.

Note what is written in that mods description, I scaled up those values, iirc, to that of what the vanilla plant would produce.

The buildings before that are the livestock halls, store cows.
Before that livestock farms, to breed.
The silos feeding the cows within the farms.
