Realistic Mode - Buy Trolley Bus / Drive Trolley Bus to Border Customs

So normally I buy a Trolley Bus at the Depot, but sadly in Realistic Mode the game tells me that there is no connection to Border Customes?

Is there a way to connect a Trolley Route to Border Customs So that I can get workers and Buy Trolley Bus?

you simply need to find a truck big enough and send it to the border customs to pick up the trolleybus and deliver it to the trolley bus depo.
