Thanks, you understand what i mean. Actually menu is what i am talking about. Yes, you can replace any asset with one from workshop, but not the gui. And yes people dont spend so much time in start menu. But there is also a top panel in the game with the game logo, and you can't remove it in any way
All that said, I hope that peace returns swiftly to your country. There are more important concerns in life than symbols used in proper context.
Of course you can change the gui. At least the symbols used in it. There are a few mods that change icons already. Just search for some to see how it works and you can do it yourself pretty easy ;).
The menu graphics are in media_soviet\menu
Most of the gui elements are in media_soviet\editor
They are all jpg or png so you don't need any special tools to edit them.
With the actual in-game objects, it's only really the monuments which are particularly Soviet, but you don't have to build them. There are plenty of non-Soviet monument mods available.
