Waste loading problem

I have a waste transfer for big carbage containers. I feels like this should be a way to load waste fast, because a big waste truck should be able to take a waste container in one go. However this only works with mixed waste. Loading specific types of waste is excruciatingly slow. What am I doing wrong?

just waste tranfer site? (e.g. collection point for city small waste bins)
or connected to something else that can dump garbage here via a factory connection?

It is connected to a separation plant. However now it works for some reason. I can't really tell what's different now. I think I only changed the factory connection to a one way route from the separation plant to the waste storage. However it's not like any waste would go in the other direction anyway ...
