Turists at customs house

Hello,

I want to transport the tourists from the customs house (CH from now) to my city by rail, but at the CH it's saying : "small amount of tourists due to low trip rating". What do I have to do to improve this CH rating? TY

Bring the tourists to hotels. If they have happy holidays, enough food, alcohol, seight seeing, supermarket for souveniers, sport and culture, they give positive feedback and your rating goes up. This takes some time.
The higher the rating the more money they spend.

my link is this way, CH -> Central Station (by train) -> Hotel (by bus). But no turist is jumping on the train. Do I have to make a direct connection? CH Hotel? the hotel doesn't have a train connection.

Tourists from the border walk to the hotels. The hotels need in walking distance from the train station. When they are accommodated in a hotel they can walk to bus stations from where a bus takes them to tourist attractions. They use the bus lines but at first they have to be accommodated in a hotel.

Are you clicking on the Where should tourists go? button, followed by the Add building where citizens should go button? You have to click on both buttons to get things to transfer. Each of the 4 types of passengers has to be assigned to a next building for transfers to work.

I had a bus loading directly from the train station. So I don't know what to click.they should go directly from the train into the bus which it takes them directly to the hotel. ... However, I've build another rail station close to the hotel and it works (thanks to the suggestion of ZILonaut). It s not so real, because in real life, tourists arrive at the train station and then take the public transportation to their hotel. But if you better explain to me how to route the tourists from the station to the hotel it would be nice to have it work this way. Unfortunately I don't have enough space to build a bus stop, but if it's necessary i'll do it, even if the train station should work also like a bus stop. I repeat: the bus is loading directly from the train station and unloading into a bus station in front of the hotel.

Tourists first trip comming to the republik:
Need to have a station in walking distance to the hotel or even directly.
Other trips can be organized different.

I did explain it. You click on the tourist button in the transit station, and then click on the other transit station. Please reread this, it is very specific: "Are you clicking on the Where should tourists go? button, followed by the Add building where citizens should go button? You have to click on both buttons to get things to transfer. Each of the 4 types of passengers has to be assigned to a next building for transfers to work."

1st thanks to everyone... This community is awesome!
2nd now I m away and cannot play for a couple of days.
Now, In my case, the bus enters the train station (mod), and there is not a transfer from one station to another, is it possible to assign tourists that arrive to a train station to go to the same train station? If yes, it doesn't make sense, because they arrive already there. When I ll get back I ll make some screenshots to show the issue on my side.
