Can't change to Full Screen

My RTX 4090 is away being repaired/replaced so am stuck with the onboard UHD 550 graphics of my PC. As such it can't handle the 3840x2160 my monitor is at and I have to play at 1920x1024 to be playable.
Issue is that it is a window on my monitor and the windowed mode tick is on in the setup and greyed out so can change it. It is unplayable as it is and I don't know how long they are going to be with my 4090 card.

How do I change it to full screen mode?

Find the file "config.ini" in your installed game path "steamapps\common\SovietRepublic\media_soviet"
and open it in a plain editor.
At the about 5th line you can find "$INT WINDOWED".
Toggle it: 1 is windowed mode 0 is none.
Save the file and restart your game.

Thanks. Tried that and now the Windowed mode tick is gone the game still opens up in windowed mode. Really annoying.
