Sometimes when using the builldozer tool, it demolishes more than you want to. Better to use the special removal tools in each section, that way you don't accidently demolish other stuff. Especially in railways sometimes a really tiny part is set to demolition, hard to find since it doesn't display an icon when it's very small.
Other option could be train and road signs, if you have used them.
As far as I can see, all the stations are reachable. I used to have the road pass through the bus platform, but have since put all platforms on a spur road. No one-way roads and no road signals.
Either you messed up one way roads, a construction / deconstruction site or signs are blocking the path. Never had any other wayfinding problems, even on quite long distances. Sorry i have no better solution, but there must be something in your city blocking it. For trains it's more easy since it shows you the area of problems, for busses and others you have to trail and error to narrow it down.
If you have room, draw ugly wide dirt roads around certain areas and check if that works. Vehicles will use it, even if the distance is quite long. That way you might be able to narrow down the location of the problem. And again, check the tiny access streets. I'm sure you noticed, but nearly each building has this little road access point. THis always has to be built (unless you docking on a dirt road). As long as it's not built, the station is not reachable.
Most vanilla bus platforms with more than one road connections need to have both connections connected to the road as they are one-way. So you need one road in and one out.
