How to build metro?

Is the metro same buying at the train depot? how i make it underground?

Try the in-game tutorial. There is a part about the metro.

- its been a while since i played so my answer is not 100% accurate.. But try this

click on the railroad train track. There is a special metro track. and a special ramp that goes down into the ground/and up.

On the surface you need a train depot ( maybe a metro depot i cant remember )
And on one side you need to connect ordinary railroad tracks so your metro trains can be send to the depot.. And on the metro side you need metro railroad tracks.
- you maybe have to drag your metro train from the border and to the depot via an ordinary train.

You can change the depth of the metro track, i think its Shift+page down.
( its the same up/down command you use for everything like roads, rail, bridges, pipes ect)
You maybe should consider to build the metro 2 levels down in the ground, els it might conflict with pipes in the ground.

i barely figure it out , to use tunnel rail with Q+E .. I finally built one, but don't know why no citizen use it .. They all just uses the buses instead..
