Transporting Alu. Oxide

Hi. I have surplus Aluminium Oxide that i wish to sell to the customs house for profit. It is listed in the goods list of the border house, but there doesn't seem to be a truck type that can transport it? Is that the case and only processed Aluminium can be sold?

Dry bulk trucks are used to transport it

You need a dry bulk type. Same as for cement (not concrete).
