Court not processing cases
Are there any known bugs with the court system? Because I've got a police station with a bunch of cases waiting (and timing out), and my court house is sat there idle not doing anything. I have an empty prison next door. All the buildings have plenty of employees, water, sewage, electricity, heating, etc.

I tried building an additional (vanilla) prison, and the court processed one (1) case, put the prisoner in the original prison, and then went back to being idle.

The police station, court, and prison are all from workshop, although I don't know if that's what's causing the problem. Here's the assets I'm using:

Your police station can't keep up with the cases, the court house is empty because the police station isn't able to fully investigate the cases before they time out. Clear out the backlog and they'll start finishing cases and sending them to the courthouse again.
You should produce a screenshot of your police station screen so this assessment can be verified.

A criminal case is only sent to court after being sucessfully investigated in the police.
Thats why your court is idle: the police stations are unable to keep up with the demand, acting as a bottleneck of your crime/justice system.

Your judges may have low loyalty.

Thanks for the tips! The police station had built up a backlog of cases prior to me building the courthouse and prison. After clearing the backlog it's processing cases normally now! <3

I checked the Judges loyalty and they are all around 50% (as is most of the population, according to the administration building). Will building monuments in front of court house boost the Judges loyalty?

EDIT: Built a red star monument directly opposite the front door of the courthouse so judges are aware that Stalin is monitoring them.

Also make sure you have the most loyal citizens as wardens in your prison.

I have similar situation. But my police station has no cases, so there is no backlog (though they report some not solved in the year). Same with the court - no cases are present, but court reports being overwhelmed with work (though there is none).

Also: my court doesnt allow me to set minimum loyalty (there is no loyalty slider at all). I have 9 officers in the police (town is about 1600 people), 3 judges and 9 wardens (though figures change quite frequently, depending on how many people arrive at work).

I had a police that overloaded, but i solved the issue and the warning still poped up multiple times after.
Seens that the warning, once it happens, warns you through the entire game year.

Yup, I noticed that too.

I didn't see this get answered. It will, but not above about 34% is the latest figure I've heard for monuments. It appears you have secret police for loyalty identification, so to get it higher you need:

- Radio station boosts to 70%ish
- TV station to go higher than that.

Those require citizens to have enough electronics to have radios and TVs, but it sounds like you probably are far enough along that at least the radios are in place for a lot of them.

Hmm... maybe this is the case. Now it dissapeared without a reason... so I guess it was a matter of "cache" ;-P
