Helicopter Demolition Construction Waste Disposal

So some time ago I set up a helicopter demolition office and connected it to foreign countries to dispose of the waste.
Now I've decided to set up a small bulk storage facility to collect the construction waste and scrap metal from the helicopters.
When I wanted to connect the helipad, I realized that there are only input connectors for conveyor belts.

So how can I set up a bulk goods storage so that helicopters can unload there?

As of right now you can’t I think, unless there’s a modded one that lets you that I haven’t seen. You could always get the mod for one and change the ini file.

But can't those be stored in waste transfer stations? They have factory connections, and there's the one helipad with factory connections as well. Then you can just tell a DO to move the waste to the correct place afterwards or a line if you prefer.

There is the helicopter parking pad and the other one.
I forgot what it is called.
But it has all connections at it. Also one or two aggregate connections.
Without having tested it I believe that should work.

Ihe freight pad has only incoming conveyor connections. That's my problem (and I think a bug).
While he factory connections can be directed themselves, the belts can't. That's inconsistent.

I want the direct connections to the appropriate recycle facilties and no additional traffic. The waste dumps don't connect to the construction waste recycler, it needs belts

Can´t you just connect helipads to those disposable facilities then? Because that would seem like a logical step.

On the other hand, I would simply connect single waste containers storage and assigned it to usual waste handling DO I already have anyway and that would do it

Yes it would . (The storage would only e a buffer)
But:
The facilities import with conveyour belts, the helipads haves no outgoing belts.

which facilities? Any trash can be trucked via dump tracks from nearby connected waste containers by using lines/DOs and dumped into those recycling facilities or their connected storages afaik. Hell, you can even unload trash at conveyor tower :D

helicopter pad -----> { waste dump or storage -----> } gravel recycling plant
without the use of any additional transport vehicles (trucks, trains, forklifts)

The gravel recycling plant has only input for conveyor belts and requirers construction waste.
The aggregate storages have no factory connections, and the dumps have no belt connectore (neither in nor out)


(The steel recycling plant has a belt input and (undirected) facory connections, that could work if the metal scrap is transported via the FC)

And that is impossible, unless you use modded buildings to get an aggregate storage with a factory connection, but that's it. People here have tried giving you the options that do exists right now, but your requirements are so strict that the only way to fulfill them is with modded buildings.

To be honest, having a setup with one (1) garbage truck moving construction waste from a transfer lot to an aggregate storage is close enough for most peoples taste. If there is nothing to move, it won't even use up fuel, so the only "waste" is periodic maintenance.

Yup, use the 3 way cargo helicopter pad with factory connections.

Those factory connections you link to garbage depots with crane, 1 for each type of waste the helicopter bring in.

You don't need conveyor belts to get waste to the waste depots from the helicopter cargo platform. Just 1 way set factory connections.

The depot with crane does not connect to the gravel recycling plant.
The plant needs conveyor belts, the dump has FC

It can have a single truck making such trip, probably a truck from a DO nearby that has already a job in terms of waste transfers anyway. There will nto be much of waste to transport regularly anyway, so there is no need to spend lots of money on dedicated steel conveyors
