About higher and lower education
"I don't want everyone in my city to be highly educated. For example, I don't want people working in a food factory to have a university education. Is there an option to deprive them of education?"

No. I'm pretty sure that higher educated will look for jobs that require higher education first, but you can't prevent them from working somewhere else.

Personally, I aim for about 40% university educated, it keeps this problem somewhat at bay...

very dear bballjo I was very happy to receive an answer from you, is what you are doing to make the buildings far from the university, so they do not have transportation and remain uneducated?

Not quite. I generally just reduce the number of professors so less people can get educated.

You can build further away, and just use dorms for students, and bus in workers, that's another way...

But, most of all, I just keep an eye on the republic stats for current education rates, and I adjust professors accordingly.

ahhh this is definitely a much more effective method. Lastly, I have a question for you. For example, does a 50-year-old person want to receive education, that is, if he cannot receive education when he is young, does he want to receive education at a later age?

Sorry...I don't know what exactly triggers the desire for education...I wouldn't be surprised if there is a max age build in, but I do know that in dorms, any age will go get educated (actually, I'm questioning that).
