all my buildings falling apart, help?
all my building need reconstruction an my construction office wont repair.

If they have assignments to construction sites, they will ignore refurbishments. You may also have to manually configure them to accept repair jobs or just straight up manually assign them to them.

Imo there should be a checkbox like "always do maintenance high priority".
That would be a nice improvement.

Just have enough CO's designated to repairs and machine replacements only.
So, one set of CO's for your building work and the other for your repairs 👍

Maintenance is done automatically.
You can adjust the distance up to 3000 meters.

This building recently got started to get it´s machinerie replaced.
The construction office is in that town in the background near that little tower.

And that´s just 1000 meters or so.

You can quickly check for highly worn and torn vehicles and buildings in the "List of vehicles and buildings" tab on the left (its icon looks like a notebook or ledger). Just check the "show wear and tear" box, and then sort by wear and tear to see what has the most wear and tear. You can then manually direct repairs as necessary if buildings or vehicles get too worn.

No, set the percentage amount due buildings ll repairs and machine replacement within the window of each CO.
The range is what you decide, like for constructions, measured in metres.

you should not have showed me that tab its worse than i thought. i thought my grouped co would go as far as needed? in thier list of stuff to do there are most of the buildings falling after i manually highlighted them. i found one stop, my gravel production had stoped working. the machines needed to be replaced. My whole system is falling appart XD. If it wasnt for all my exports i wouldnt have the money to fix everything.

i jus want it to auto do it mabe once i start importing gravel as a source again everything will get goin ill let u know.

manually clicking them seems to work for now but so troublesome.

i turned off auto build somewhere when i started how do i turn it back on mabe auto reconstruct is related.

My ventures inland have to stop now :_; while i deal with this crisis

You can build automatically in the range of 3km.
You can manually assign any construction site at greater distances.
I believe for maintenance it's the same.
I find that very nice.
At any time some spot of the map is done. But it still requires to have 2 small CO's for maintenance.
For me it is "Must have" to have COs that are responsible only for reconstruction and machine replacement. They have different setup than regular construction offices (different set of machines). And always two of them must be in range so they can fix each other.
They they can work without micromanagement.

im kinda lazy an jus make every vehicle with mostly dumpers, i dont pay attention to what needs what. i wouldnt know where to look for that anyway lol

I completely second the idea of reconstruction-only CO. Have one every 2-3km (so they cover everything AND each other, as CO CANNOT FIX ITSELF). A 12-spot vanilla one is usually enough (2flatbeds, 2 covered hulls, 2 cranes, 2 buses, at least one mixer and it believe an excavator as well?). Assign all materials and let it autosearch reconstruction only (uncheck everything else and don´t use this office), start at 30-50% disrepair and let them do their work. Other COs should have autosearch for repairs available, too, so they can help, but do not count on it much.

Also don´t forget to have EVERYTHING connected via road/path so CO can reach it. Otherwise you are set fo trouble.

Then it basically runs on autopilot ;)
