cant fly fuel?

i was hoping to build an air port then use it to transport all goods inland, but i cant seem to fly fuel.

what do you mean by "cant seem to fly fuel"? I don't understand what's going on? maybe you didn't connect the fuel to the airport terminal? or there is no electricity in the terminal and fuel is not refueled. I don't have any other ideas until you elaborate on what's going on

air planes and helicopters dont transport liquids ?
i think this will be my first mod x. X i need them to bring fuel inland

Vanilla airplanes cannot move fuel unless you have the Ukraine DLC and it is 1994 or later, but helicopters can.

The only way to transfer fuel by air is by the "ferry" method. Essentially, you load oil trucks with fuel and then send them to a space for vehicles where an aircraft (I recommend the Mi-10 cargo helicopter) loads them and takes them to another space for vehicles. Then you tell the trucks to unload at the airport or wherever you want the fuel, and then you can airlift them back. Coal can be moved in the same way.

There is also a mod for fuel containers too, which can be airlifted and emptied automatically.

do u have a video i can watch, so your saying fill a tanker up, load it onto a copper, offload the truck itsself at the destination, and drive the fuel from there? would i need a parking lot for that i don know how to start by i don know how to store vehicles for transit via heli.

Yep. It helps to rename the lines (this saves them in the Line Manager) so you can just assign the trucks to them right away instead of having to redo them each time they land:

It's not that bad. You just need a HCO with a couple helicopters to build a small space for vehicles, a cargo helipad, a factory connection to connect them, and a substation, which they should be able to do pretty easily. You can even use the cargo terminal instead of a cargo helipad if you want.

Got an instant sub from me. But make that thing "public", not "unlisted" in list of content, please. This way anyone without direct link cannot see it, which makes it unnecessarily hard to actually link it to anyone or rewatch if needed.
