The Mark E looks like a Mack F-Series truck,[upload.wikimedia.org] although those came out in the 1970s, not 1962.
As for the prices, comparing rubles and dollars is much like comparing apples to oranges. Generally you will get more rubles for a western vehicle, but not always.
Wikipedia says this :
"The Mack F series was the third generation of cabover trucks from Mack Trucks. Its production began in 1962 and ended in 1981"
