how to build power line in realistic mode?

As title, mybe I must have crane to do this?

Checklist:
• Did you confirm construction? (crane button at bottom right)
• Did you assign a construction office with a bus or passenger helicopter?
• Does the construction office with a bus/passenger helicopter have a station/heliport or the customs house (beyond the borders) selected as a source for workers?
• Do the selected worker sources actually have workers waiting there?
• Is there at least some of each of the required material for the phase there?

The powerlines need to be connected to a building with a road connection, eg. a sub station or power plant. The workers and vehicles start building them from there.

Construction of the power lines is not confirmed. Click on the crane button near the bottom right of the screen. If the power lines do not turn yellow, then select a power line and click on the crane button again.
