I moved the borders out a bit.
The challenge on this one is:
Starter towns near the customs will be far away from the river.
Took some time to get the piping done.
Biggest challenge is to get over the river.

Putting roads & rails across these mountains is a mini-game in itself.
However any of the Taiga, chose the variant that suits you, are very well created....

but I did make adjustments to to the coastline as well as clear erase a couple of the central islands, only because I like to use a lot of shipping.
Attention to the coastline seems to help ships a little, otherwise they will get stuck.
