Which types of vehicles are needed to repair a building?

Correct me if I'm wrong somewhere.

We have two types of building wear:
- wear of the building itself. Repairs require flatbed trucks (steel, bricks, boards, panels), buses for workers (cannot arrive on foot). A construction crane can be used. During the repair, the building continues to function, but as I understand it, with some efficiency penalty.
- wear factory equipment. Repairs require mechanical parts, electrical parts - that is, covered trucks. Again, buses. Cannot use any mechanisms to speed up the process. Will block the work of the plant for the period of repair.
Both are carried out by the construction office.

Gravel/concrete/asphalt does not seem to be used.

Gravel, concrete, and asphalt are needed to repair apartments, and possibly other buildings.
I guess it depends on the building.

I have a question about that.
If we have to repair a building with one parking spot only and have a crane in use.
Will the bus still be able to reach to the building if the crane blockes the only parking lot?
And what about other service vehicles which normaly require this parking lot?

For building repairs I have noted...

Bus
Concrete mixer
Cover truck
Open Hull
Road Crane
The devs stopped the use of tall cranes, iirc.

On residential buildings I have noted

Bricks
Boards
Steel
Pre-Fab panels

Concrete / Elec components (rare)
Gravel

The only time I have noted asphalt being used is when an airport is being repaired. Not sure if that would mean an additional vehicle type, like roller.

Mech parts and elec components are used within industry, primarily but, perhaps, not exclusively.

I have a type of flats I have needed elec parts with their repairs, they are needed to build them tho. So that will be why.
