It remind me Tropico 1 where you even had to cut the trees and level the grounds (with showels) before starting to build something.
You could spend hours watching how your poor peasants would slowly cut the trees around their farms to plant their fields and slowly see the progress of civilization over the destructed wildlife.
I wish they would be a new Tropico 1.
I agree, if new resources were moddable, the opportunities would be endless. Infinite replayability.
I'll try that make something more formal about that very soon.
I agree. Now it feels weird to build anything in any other city builder. I LOVE to see all the construction vehicles carrying resources and workers or doing their little logistical work. It adds depth and sense to everything you do.
Yeah space maybe an issue on the ones i have now but im excited to start over TBH but thank you for answering brother :)
Yeah have all the anno's they are good but WRSR is better lol
From what I read is new maps will have varying fertility depend on where you are. But old ones that you convert?
Does everywhere just get the same value? A random one?
Also, if you convert and enable research: Do all techs get locked? unlocked?
I still don't like workers teleporting back home from work but you win some you lose some.
Anyway, I understand your urge. I’m feeling like this as well. Captain of Industry keeps me alive for now.
