If you have to use trucks, there is the water unloading station. I've never tried delivering water directly into a factory.
Keep in mind that you will be using about 10 tons a day though, which means one water and one waste truck have to enter the building every day. If you have this factory far from the border, this can result in a lot of trucks. You will also have to reserve the factory's parking spots for the trucks to enter and use, so other stuff (workers, material deliveries, fabric loading) will all have to occur in other buildings.
