from what i see they are send out around 75-80% full, not sure if it has to do with how long it takes the truck to get there.
i sometimes use the small modded trucks that take 3.3t from the big containers so one container is enough as it gets emptyed at around 50%.
About 60t of waste are at the garbage container stand.
how many percentage of the stand is full with that type? of you use the large stand 60t are way less then those 80%
yeah i get you not sure why its not being collected just trying to find the logic in the system
I have fuel station everywhere.
The raods to the stand is marked in yellow, when I test the range of the office. And sometime, a trucks comes emptying.
I have configured some containers for special waste. So not the whole capacity is for mixed waste. Mixed waste is allmost full, sometimes completely full.
You can have a TS office right next to a waste stand and they will not pick it up if everything is not perfect.
Go through each piece of the puzzle and find the culprit. I often find dump is full in the early game, so get your waste management setup up a soon as possible. Just burn in all and lay out the ash to dissipate to start.
Also correct designation place for each type of waste to go and where to go is necessary.
The garbage stand is for an iron ore processing plant. Now it happened that the plant stopped working, because the iron storage was full. Then, the technical service was able to empty the garbage stand.
If the technical service would use all trucks it has available, it could empty the garbage stands even if the iron ore processing plant was working at full capacity...
For more information please refer to my waste guide as I am pretty sure I said it there (alongside other things)

My question is, how does the garbage transfer works, do I always need the dump with railtracks or does factory connection work from a dump to a regular train station?
Regular stations cannot load garbage on trains, only specialised dumps.
On the other hand, you SHOULD NOT need to LOAD trash in trains there at all. In my city of 8-9k (oscilating due to some mod crashes thus were losing people) is ONE garbage truck lazily hauling ashes from clawdump behind incinerator time to time when they fill a bit larger. I have no idea what is the overall capacity of this setup, but would guess around 40-50k easily. Maybe even more. The biggest bottleneck will probably be a separation facility (lowest throughput), but there is not a huge problem of hooking two to the system when it gets crowded (or, in fact, building another separation ... separately and trucking results around to their respective destinations.
