Trash loading/ unloading too slow

Currently I'm still new to working with waste management but one thing I noticed is that when trying to move waste en mass to the border (by train) the loading and unloading of waste is very slow, this also goes for trucks removing waste from a small dump.

I understand that its trash and its hard to move. But moving 8 tones of coal from a (free) agro storage is much faster incomparison to moving the same amount from a (free) dump.

This also includes loading from waste management buildings.
Trying to move waste from one building to another via distribution office is not as entertaining when it takes about 30-40 seconds at double speed to load.

I understand that there are buildings that can load waste faster (waste w/ claw yards) and vehicles that can unload faster (waste trucks) But even waste trucks have a hard time loading material at times (no claw or bin present)

But when I want to move lots of trash a long distance and bring back for processing the transfer is too long (ex. train with 74t of mixed waste unloading at border and then loading hazardous waste take about 5 min at double speed for the full process)

Am I doing something wrong? Or is it something else?

Yes you are missing something I think. Use the "transfer station" type of dump. These are fast because they represent having the trash in bins already.

Nothing missing. Its dead slow. To load waste to train from cargo bay link takes ages while the trucks dumping and loading are almost instant.

It does not change the speed of load unload. as i stated above its dead slow. takes ages just to load 100t waste to train. devs must have made typo error while setting speeds and reduced it to hundred times or something.
