In complexity and things you can/must do it is absolutely one of the best if not the best out there.
Yet, how the world looks could be improved. And i guess it still is. For example you can lay roads over triangle shaped bumps that result in a road that isn't realistic looking. Same for footpaths and rails.
And only one suggestion, the humble, personal one....would be great to see some Yugoslav tractors (IMT designs based on Massey-Ferguson), trucks (Magirus-based TAM models from the 1960s or Sauer-based FAP models from the late 1950s) and personal vehicles in vanilla game (some are indeed present as mods in workshop), because Yugoslavia was unique Socialist country with its own policies. IMV's are indeed very cool addons in all categories :)
