3Division, one of the best developers
I've been playing for many years now, like most people here, I've probably seen a lot of good and bad games, but what 3Division achieves is extraordinary ... I've never seen a developer design such a big game with a number of mechanics come out of development very mature and don't even charge a cent more for it. After being so disappointed by so many productions over the past few years, I think it's right to say it to 3Division... you're doing AMAZING. That's exactly why I would have absolutely no problem with them if they slowly released a paid DLC because this studio should earn more capital and I believe that this money will then be used meaningfully in development.

Probably because in this game is several other city building & management and transport games into one game.

In complexity and things you can/must do it is absolutely one of the best if not the best out there.

Yet, how the world looks could be improved. And i guess it still is. For example you can lay roads over triangle shaped bumps that result in a road that isn't realistic looking. Same for footpaths and rails.
i would love an early start dlc maybe "1917" or 20s, but it would take some hardcoding for electronics (maybe radio from 1930, tv 1950 and computer 1980?) and maybe that standard of living increases slowly and other demands as well with a cap at some point
I wholeheartedly agree.
The game is great, and as someone who grew in the transitional 1990s period the theme is very recognizable. Without any pompous intence, this is far, far away the best managment game in past couple of years. Easy to learn, difficult to master, and everyone can play it according to own tastes or favours. I didn't master some of mechanics, but hey I'm doing my best. DLC's? Why not, the devs deserve some more boost from players, but I hope that DLC upcoming policy won't ruin the regular game mechanics (as in examples of some similar games, which I count as overrated).
And only one suggestion, the humble, personal one....would be great to see some Yugoslav tractors (IMT designs based on Massey-Ferguson), trucks (Magirus-based TAM models from the 1960s or Sauer-based FAP models from the late 1950s) and personal vehicles in vanilla game (some are indeed present as mods in workshop), because Yugoslavia was unique Socialist country with its own policies. IMV's are indeed very cool addons in all categories :)
