How to build rails in realistic mode?

How to build rails in realistic mode? I bought a rail builder at the customs house and built rails there, which are still under construction. What else do you need?

you need to build a building called rail construction office and deliver to this building the rail builder and the resources necessary. If it is connected to the to be built rail the rail builder will leave the rail construction office and start building the rail line.

The rail consturction is finished, but I can't buy trains there in realistic mode and I can't build trains quickly there either.

I put the r.con., and the rails there (blueprint), these go from the customs house to the construction office, but since I can currently only get the rail builder in the customs house (and have done so), he has to start working from there.

You bought the wrong rail builder. There is a specific rail builder designed to be transported by truck. I believe it's under the "disassembled" category. Transport that to your rail CO and it'll start building (assuming you have workers).

exactly you will need to buy a truck and set a route to pick the "disassembled" rail builder at the customs house and deliver it to the rail construction building by road connection.
