at customs i buy wagons but my train not pick up thes wagons

i set rout to customs an put load anything without mark to wait until full and destination train depot and ther do nothing

any solutions ?

Trains are also limited by the length of the building they are assembled in, including when towing wagons/locmotives/etc. to a depot. If you are using a large locomotive, there may not be enough room to make a train with another rail vehicle (lengths of locomotive and wagons > length of building.), but this only happens with very long rail vehicles (segmented trains and large track builders especially).

For reference, the medium customs house is only 50m while the large one is 115m.

Don't mark until full. That the reason is not working and if you wan't to pick up wagon you need a train set a route from custome to train deport.

i try everything, now i have at customs just one wagon and anyway my train not picking up that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wagon

What exactly did you try?
Can you provide a few screenshots?
How is the line looking?
Is the depot reachable?
And so forth.

If you bought a new locomotive, maybe it hasn't bunkered fuel yet. Wait until the locomotive has taken on fuel, then it should 'load' the new wagons at the customs house and ferry them to your depot.
I had the same problem. Seems unfueled locomotives don't take on new wagons.

Buy the wagon and hold it at customs. Then send your locomotive to customs for loading. Select the fuel station to unload. So your locomotive will match your wagon :)
