Is that even possible?
But no I don't think so, because when hovering over the input pressure, it highlights the pipe coming from the pump in green. Also it's the same connection as before when it worked but the pressure was weirdly low.
All buildings are powered.
I turned off realistic mode now for a moment to quickly test deleting and rebuilding the pipes, but it didn't make a difference.

But it doesn't make any sense that that switch, or that general setup would be blocking the transfer of water...
Replacing the tank with a big water tower makes no difference.
But deleting the first pump after the water tower does, and the tower fixes the initial pressure issue, I guess.
I still don't see how that pump should have broken the system, so I still think something isn't working as intended, but at least I've found a workaround for my issue.
