Does anyone have a sugestion, where I could find it or what I could do to switch to the other card ?
The game is sometimes laggy and I think this is the reason.
Edit. Ok I found it, thanks again though.
Edit 2: For some reason Workers and Resources: Soviet Republic is the only game that has the integrated graphic card set as primary, havent seen it at any other game.
Also It runs so smooth now, god, no lag or anything.
You could also disable the integrated GPU within Device Manager.
Otherwise....
However to resolve the issue, it seems to be a "Windows / GPU driver thing" there are various options depending if you have an Nvidia or AMD card.
This might help you....

Perhaps this could also be relevant if the above does not work....

I assume that AMD has something similar, you don't mention your dedicated GPU brand.
I disable the sound aspect of my Nvidia GPU, those were sometimes selected over the Realtek audio device I use.
best of luck.
Is it an Intel iGPU built into the CPU, and not your dedicated GPU...?
What is your dedicated GPU..?
Laptop or PC.?
If you are comfortable in doing that.
I disable mine in the BIOS so it is not available.
It can be done within device manager.
Only do the above if you are familiar, Google or YT etc might guide you. But don't go into the BIOS if you are not familiar.
The suggestions previously posted should be helpful.
Understand and agree.
Do neither of those videos help you..?
How comfortable would you be in trying out....

it might help you, no guarantees as I disable the iGPU within my BIOS. But there will be settings that you could need to configure.
Take a look at YT, plenty of other vids explaining this.
Good luck.
