Custom house bottleneck
The new realistic mode is quite interesting but what drives me completely crazy is how slow vehicles go in and out of them even with all 3 roads connected its dreadfully slow is there a way to speed it up?
Dont really care if cars clip through each other just want the queue to go away

And create an additional building which is is a Customs Road Depot to allow you to buy road vehicles at the border, without it interfering with a vanilla Customs House (or other Customs buildings).

Honestly, it's not that bad. I'm using the free storages as source for COs, and DO is supplying them. That way, only 2 trucks go to the border to take gravel, prefabs, planks, bricks and steel. Trucks and buses still need to go there for the rest of materials, but it's ok for me. If you're using customs office as source for COs it'll be flooded with 2137 trucks taking 0,23 tons of gravel.

I have 3 customs houses side by side, it doesn't take long to build them either. ALSO try to get your own gravel going as early as possible, that is half the traffic jam right there, everything takes gravel to build. BUT, be better than me, don't build so many things close to the customs houses.

In my opinion this is a requirement for properly playing the game. Be aware though! In order for the customs houses to have the correct amount of vehicle stations, you must destroy the customs houses and replace them manually in the editor. You could also use one of the two maps I've done this for already.

I build 8 small customs houses, one for each main vechicle type each with its own smaller construction yard and make a large construction area
