Ability to disable Government Loyalty system?
i dont like how you can disable seemingly important mechanisms like electricity and fuel, but you cant disable government loyalty, especially since maintaining it requires no less than 200k RUB in the long term for the radio station. the monuments are just bandages for a problem that demands of you to shell out loads of cash which is just frustrating for someone like me

which is why i hope for 3Division to give us the choice to disable this system, and let other needs such as the essentials(food/water/etc), as well as culture and sports determine the loyalty and productivity of the citizens

Productivity is already dependent on happiness, which is affected by loyalty, but ultimately follows how well you are meeting your citizen's needs. Loyalty just influences how much your citizens care about the needs that went unsatisfied.

If loyalty is really hard for you, just turn down "unsatisfied citizens reaction," because that is all it affects for now.

We need cheap vanilla buildings for early start. Including radio station. I know about mods, but for players who are starting new vanilla game first town will look ridiculous.
Watched guy who showed new cosmonaut test build yesterday. He spammed first 20 buildings which included HUGE vanilla radio station , HUGE vanilla hospital and HUGE vanilla jail. Just ridiculous. And he needed to spam radio station , because loyalty.
When game was introduced we didn't build radio station as first set of buildings.

More like they have to finally add newspapers to the game. 40% max loyalty from monuments ain't that bad.

Even if you add your self made monument or building to be 50% or 100%. It does not work.
Its hard coded in and monuments and all other stuff can only max increase loyalty by 10%. radio stations and tv is the way.

Radio and TV fixed all my loyalty struggles, also with better healthcare. But don't forget to deliver electronics to the shops is order to make them work.
I've noticed that alcohol had a temporary positive effect, but in long term only issues and increase crime rates, so try to avoid it....

You can easily add crime rates lower by radio station just push that - button to make alcohol addiction lower., somewhere 10-20 % so it will give you result eventually you jails not have so many prisoners, alcohol increases happines, but also crimes

Agree... unless you want more prisoners for cheap labor - but this is not USA simulator after all... lol :)))) Still I'm trying to avoid alcohol in any cases. At least in the game tho...

Cheers!

I am playing qt hardest difficulty and even I do not have a radio I can still keep my overal loyally at 20-30%. I have only 2 monuments built and 70 personal cars for 3000 workers. University and School allow only workers with +30% loyalty. Same for university students and others.

And I can keep happiness above 75% with similar productivity. This is not a short therm solution as my population slowly grows over 15 years.

Assumption based on that is that you do not need huge investments just few monuments and personal cars to keep your teachers and professors at higher loyalty and do not allow lower loyalty at university.
