some buildings don't have road connection with the distribution office
I have this message on the rail distribution office and I don't understand it. Every building is connected with a road and the rail is connected fine

can the trains from the rail DO. actually reach the stations? No one way tracks in the way or tracks connected in a way that trains would have to reverse to reach it?
Tracks not actually connecting at switches along the way?

actually I have found later that I messed up a semaphore which I was skipping at multiple checks
