Tram line to bus line

Hey, I have one problem, in main city I have only tram line and trams bring workers to first district area the area where there is a power plant, a mine and bus stops which is next to the tram stop. Even though I am fed up with workers (unemployment 15%), they do not change from the tram to the bus to get to the next workplaces. However, when I made a bus line from the city directly to other workplaces, they use it and get to work. What may be the reason why employees do not change from trams to buses?

Your workers aren't using brains, so you need to assign bus stop to tram stop. Or you can check this icon which look like handcuffs on your tram line to force workers to get off the tram, and send bus to tram stop to pick them up.

as i understand you have the tram destination station. and you want workers from that station to go to power plant mine and to bus station. therefore you will require to manually assign tram station to power and mine and to bus station.

i would suggest you to assign them to those but there is percentage setup. i would suggest to make the percentage for power plant to be % 50 rest is does not much matter. Reason is power plant is a critical building that should be manned all the time :>

I think he wants workers to get off tram and get on the bus which will take them to mine and power plant. In that case he only needs to assign bus station.
