Why kids / students in orphanage does not watch tv or radio ?

I would like to supply electronics to orphanage and distribute tetris games radio and television for orphans and let them watch listen radio in their free time.

I believe it is because only adults can get electronics and thus radios/TVs, and all orphans are children.

Maybe, because you can set the propaganda in those buildings themself also. but dev's did not tell detailed info for that, but why they need if propaganda is added buildings like jail or orphanage. They get they propaganda that way, until they move their own departments...and schools propaganda is deliverer by teachers +-10% depends they own loyalty levels.

kids today watch tv. kids in past watch tv . kids climbed trees to watch tv ( my uncle broke his arm while climbing to a tree to watch tv) kids will be happy to watch tv. i want to give kids brainwashing communist propaganda with tv . thanks.

furnitures would be good ! will make wood industry more useful . But about orphanages there should be some degree of time allowed for them to watch tv listen radio and be brainwashed by communist propaganda they just idle their free time and heresy grows from idleness.

And where is stopping point? Lets provide food and meat to kindergartens and schools.

USSR had radios everywhere from 1940. TV's were available in most places from 1970.

so radio would be cool at orphanages and news paper industry can be added to game :>
