How to Turn off auto-purchase of resources for newly constructed buildings?

Thought there was a checkbox somewhere. Doing CO only building, importing all resources with vehicles. Every time I build a building it auto-purchases fuel or other stuff before I can turn off. Help please.

If you want to build buildings that allow 'automatic resource purchase', there is an option to turn this off in the lower right corner before placing them.

Thanks, found it. Nothing I could do about buildings in planning stage except demolish and rebuild.

I´m not quite sure if you are correct here.
I guess it is possible. I will have to check though for I´m not 100% sure.

Yes, select a building from construction menu that stores fuel or other resource, a window pops up in LR corner with a check box to auto-import goods. Deselect if you want to haul goods in from customs house with line or distribution. I had Started a new map, laid out a bunch of buildings without unchecking that box. After building is constructed, or before it's placed is only place I see to change auto-import.
