Max production from water treatment?
300 m3 for the large treatment. Fully staffed with 100% + workers. It stays around 1/4 production or around 150 m3 which is half. Why can’t I get them to produce maximum?

That would be true with no elevation change. You are having trouble filling the tower above ground with two pipes.
From ground to top of tower there is a hill to climb (about 2/3rds of 100m).
You would get the same result with just a single pipe from treatment plant -> small pump -> switch -> two pipes to the tower.
In order to fill the big tower above 300m³ flowrate you have to use multiple towers:
treatment -> pump -> switch -> 2x pipes -> tower A -> pump -> switch -> 2x pipes -> tower B -> pump -> switch -> 2x pipes -> tower C tower A -> pump -> tower D tower B -> pump -> tower D tower C -> pump -> tower E tower D -> pump -> tower E
little bit of elevation change goes a long way if you try to get every drop of water out of the treatment plant. And if you have a big mountain on the map then you can use it for a central water distribution for all your cities, possibly without a single pump.

I frantically added a bunch of extra pipes from treatment to pump trying to boost production since I noticed my tower empty. It’s empty in this screenshot

I just added a big pump after the tower. Production is still only 150 m3. Someone explain why I can’t get maximum production of 300 m3 from my large treatment plant

Isn't there on the left big pump before treating plant that works as collector for several wells that create this bottleneck?

There are 3 small wells connected to one big pump that goes to treatment. From there it goes treatment. Big pump. Water tower. Big pump. Sub stations. My question is still. Why won’t my water treatment produce 300 m3 of water. Can anyone do it? Or is it broken?

I think your problem is that the treatment plant workers don't have access to both drinking water and sewage services. Without both, industry production is halved.

For starters, small well produces 70M3 per day max, so 3 would give max 210 water to treat.

Also, I cant tell from the screenshots but how many pipes(and what sizes) go in and out of your treatment plant? to reach 300M3 flow per day you need 2 big and 1 med pipe at the minimum, and that's just over 300M3 flow at max pressure. (I'm not sure how pressure works in this game and what is considered max, so might be safer to go with 3 large pipes)

Yes they do. You can see it says operating without issue.

Also, there needs to be room for all the water to go. If the towers are full and demand is only 150M3 per day you'll see only 150M3 production.
