Worker vanish from moving train
So, I was playing this for a while and i noticed that if the route takes too long people just vanish from the train they're on. How do they do that? Do they just jump out of a moving train? And if So shouldn't some of them die due to the obvious health risk that is jumping from a train?
I am the Great leader of this Socialist Country and if I create a job for my unemployed citizen they should be happy to go mine coal! Even if it is a 2 day trip to get there!

Your workers will despawn\teleport home if you try to transport them too far. Try building some housing closer to your mine, or use faster transport (like trains or improving the road quality) to get your workers to your mine.

Honestly that's the worst thing I also hated about transport/train fever and the reason I really never got into it. Now the same thing pisses me off in this game.
You can see on your passenger "total time spent travelling", if it reaches like 8h, poof - gone. I'm all for getting rid of it.
Gulag for the person that first came up with the idea of removing people from moving vehicles just because they are travelling too long. Or at least kill those damn impatient f*ers - don't make them spawn back home.

Imagine spending 8 hours a day on your commute to work. That being said, it's a centrally planned system so its something we should be able to do if we really hate our workers.

How long do you think is a train trip to the Siberian oil rigs? It's days, and the train tends to break on its way there. If you can't have workers spend multiple days on their way to work, what kind of socialist are you? :D

And the next problem is, if your train arrives at your platform to pickup passangers, it just waits a few seconds in real time and drives off again.. which means it gets between 10-20 workers depending on population.

Either wait at a station (for x amount of time) for trains and buses needs to be added, or make workers wait longer at stations before disappearing again.

Yes, but they don't head right back on the bus as soon as their shift is over. They stay in the general area for a week at least.
