Question mark over train

I'm facing some strange bug or maybe it's all about my fault but i have problems with a train, when I'm making railway from point A to point B the train start to move to first point but when it takes passengers or some cargo(if it's cargo train) it starts to jam with a question mark, i tried to restart the game and start over again for 3 times but every time i'm facing the same problem, train just "confused" and moving back and forwards for several meters ( or foots in retarded measure system) , even when i try to call em back to depot it does not work ...
so i'm like psycho moving all cargo with trucks because of this issue.

P.s all traffic light for train are in place so it's not because of em ...

Are you using single track or double track? You can set signals to work in only one direction as opposed to both which is the default option.

Yup, sounds like signaling issues to me.
