I have a small field literally across the street from my agro farm, but I can't connect them because
" There is no read connect "
But the only thing in between the two is a road.

I have the same issue. Have two fields clearly connected to the road but it says they are not when I try connecting them to the farm.

The problem is you have several fields connecting roads to each other. It appears the fields are connected to the main road connection, but they're not.

When building fields they have a strong likihood to make a default road connection to another field, rather than actually creating an intersection, although it looks like an intersection.

If you put your mouse over the fields, the field's road is underneath the main road and not actually connected to it. I was confused at this too but quickly saw what the problem was.

Same issue, trided deleteing the farm, deleting the defualt road. Placing a farm far away so its connected to nothing then making a road to it. Same error message.

Another thing to consider: If your roads aren't dirt, make sure they got built! I've been caught out by that before, there's no road to my field because one of the 'roads' is a construction site.

I have this problem right now, meaning - 3-4 years later it occured to some other players. It really is some kind of bug, as everything funcioned well with my first farm I build. Now I am trying to build a second one in another town, and I keep getting the message, that there is no road connection. It doesn't matter if I build a small or a medium or a large field, it doesn't also matter if it is a dirt road or not. Nothing seems to work. :(

Haha! That was no bug! It turned out, my farm was not connected to the roads! The fields were okay! Man, I feel stupid...
