Firestation with helicopter

I ask the question because with only helicopters, the fire station has no manpower. So no firefighters.
I thought we needed at least one truck in addition to the helicopters, to have a few firefighters and for the barracks to work?

Helicopters might be an exception, but a firestation with firetrucks but no firemen is worse than no fire station in my experience, as the trucks leave, drive to the fire and get destroyed with the burning building.

We still have firefighter helicopters which can extinguish fires even without workers

You seem to be posting a lot of new player questions (we all have to learn). Some of the best tools are the teachers that make YouTube videos about the game. A few of these are long (1+ hour) but there's that much to cover to learn the game's functions. It's easier and you'll have less questions.
