CO's not building underground pipes, or conveyors.
Okay, so I'm feeling like I've got things finally on the move with the game. However my CO doesn't seem to want to build underground pipes.

Or the over ground conveyors.

The outlines for the constructions just stay white. The CO build the buildings attached to these perfectly fine. The pumpjacks and stuff.

But the conveyors and underground pipes are a mystery to me. I can get around it by just purchasing them with rubles of course. It's just confusing why the CO isn't building them when it builds everything else so far perfectly fine.

Regarding the noveyor, if its the mod that has only foothpath you have to build with cash because there is no access.

Rgarding the unground, it could be that its workes only and does not use machines. anything that is worker only is super slow, to the point it feels buggy (i prob dont have enough worker or bussess or something), so i break my no buy rule and auto build very short roads and such.

does items get delivered?

When you build something between two buildings, one of the buildings needs to have a road connection rather than a footpath.
If both sides have a building with a footpath they can't move to the site. Helicopters would be necessary for that.
The above applies for conveyers, pipes and all that.

I just guessed in the blue for you didn't post a screen shot.

I hope that helps a bit.

Some screens, please. What says specific CO? Is it assigned to construction? (any chance that autosearch for pipes was disabled?) Could you assign such construction manually? Do CO transfer steel to construction? Other matherials?

Pipes and wires can be divided into several segments, road CO can only build those that are connected to the building. But conveyors are always connected directly from one building to another.

I use to have a very small CO with four Buses near a station with workers. This CO goes on autosearch for everything.
I do that because I don't have CO's in every town, and sometimes it takes a while for the resources to be delivered. The workforce nearby can kick off the rest.

Don't know how to post screens, so.

When in game press F12.
When leaving the game a window pops up and asks if you want to upload screen shots from the last session. Do so. Than open the screen shot, copy the URL of it and paste it into your answer here.

Different scenario, but same thing. I'm building a brick factory here. It's in yellow, as you can see.

The CO built the two foot paths connecting it. But as you can see the conveyor and the road leading to the factory are both white. Without that road the factory will never be built. And I cant seem to manually tell the CO to build the connecting road either.

Okay, so I feel really stupid now. But I didn't notice the "Start construction of planned infrastructure" button on the lower right. As it's so small and I dont remember it being point out in the tutorials.

Everything is getting built now. All down to one little button.

White road means its in planning mode, click the button next to the crane buttom right to confirm construction. Or the plus sign for more options

It's not at all stupid: everyone here, absolutely everyone, made the same mistake at first :)
