How do I force these two trains to be on the left track?

I'm new to this game and I'm trying to figure out how to make the two trains run on the left line while leaving the right open for just a single train that goes to my oil refinery. Also, another problem is the two trains keep picking two different platforms when I want them to load/unload from just the left side.

You can set the signals as waypoints on the schedule and force them to stay along that path

Also changing direction of signal will help sometimes. Why are you using double signals everywhere?
