The Military fanatics could finally have their Army, Navy and Air Force.
The players with more than half a brain would no longer not have to put up with loyalty.
How stupid is it expecting loyalty from annexed and oppressed Republics?
The devs obviously don't see the irony in this.
So, in 12 months time, when this game goes 1.0, there will be a lot of options for expansion packs. We will just have to wait until December to play post year 1995 sensibly.
