How to make firefighter helicopters?

I can see there's volume for water and I've heard there was some firefighter helis, but I can't figure out how to make them, there's no fire station with helipad.

You need to build helipad really close to your fire station. And then you'll be able to buy helicopter

key thing to look for is the fire station highlighting green while placing the helipad, just the same as when developing airports or adding helipads to hospitals.

Yeah, I've noticed, as well as that many modded fire houses doesn't support helipads.

Both modded firestation and modded helipads doesn't work, I recommend to use vanilla one.
