Storage for vehicule/Container not loading on train.. stuck

I have a simple question. I have a container facility to generate containers, 10’ or 20’. This is working fine. I have a storage (with rail connection) connected to it with a factory connection. However when my train arrives at the storage, the containers are not pulled onto the wagons. I also tried to use a truck to bring the containers from the facility. I see the containers in the storage, but still, they wont load the train… i am puzzled. I did a final test with an easy game (no electricity), and things are working fine.
What am i missing? Does the storage needs absolutely electricity?
Note : With regular storages (steel, bricks etc..), they typically dont need..

Sorry game is too complex that I can say the 100% answer.. but yes I think.. when you load containers you may need electricity... open storages may work.. but the loading speed without electricity will be much much slower..

Also you should ensure the train can load containers.. and you have proper train cars/wagons you can ensure this in the train windows.. in the top part of window.. in the right is the icon with question mark above truck... clicking on it you will see what can train load to flat bed.. in case you not see this icon.. the you not have proper wagons

I checked this morning and my storage has electricity and my train allows vehicles.. i am stuck.

Change train wagon to another. One of the flatbed wagons doesn't work with containers. You might have that one in your train

i ll capture a screenshot tonight. My train is using flatbed wagons (all the same) , i tested the exact same configuration on a new game (EZ mode) and I have no issue to pull containers. I checked connection, all is ok. The only (small) difference with my basic test is that my line goes from the Open Storage to a depot (because I am still building the unloading facility)..

i found the issue.. the train didnt pick up containers because the line has for destination a depot and not a storage. Once I selected the target storage, the train started to load correctly... honestly very hard to find this limitation!! thanks everyone
