Is this a 2-track station with just a concrete bank in the middle?
Why so many chain signals when you have no junction?
Upper Left lets trains enter station from left. Lower left lets trains leave station to left.
Upper Right lets trains leave station to right. Lower right lets trains enter station to right.
(And then there are outer passing tracks on both sides of the station)
The interesting track is the one crossing from lower right to upper left on the right side of the station. It lets trains enter the station from left on the track that enables them to leave the station to the right again.
However, trains entering from the left and right at the exact same time are both allowed in on the upper station track. That is the problem. How to avoid that?

The main thing for train intersections is... SPREAD THOSE SIGNALS OUT its all way way way too close together an you'll only end up screwing yourself over.
But now it´s great imo.

So a train approaching from the right would follow the path of signals from A to G.
Remove your crossover tracks, they are not logical here.
Signal A would be a chain signal, this to hold a train short if B1 or B2 has a train on its section. In this drawing, if the orange section has a train, the next train would need to hold at A or bypass the station if that is the set path.
Signal C would once again be a chain signal tied to D1 and D2. D1 holds the train clear of the Red section.
Signal E should be changed to a standard two way signal, you may need another two way signal on the opposite side of the station, but the station itself normally acts as a break.
Signal F holds trains back from the bypass, the signal on the bypass should also be changed to a standard signal.
Signal G should be placed somewhere around the previous crossover
