Construction Office & import Ressource

I have a construction site that require 2 specific ressource I would like to import, I have a truck but it doesn't seem to import ressource, it does bring ressource from my gravel factory to the building site but it doesn't go on the border to buy the ressource I am missing.

Do I have to assign a truck to load on specific ressource at border and send it to the contruction office ?

TLDR :
I want to import only ressource for contruction not worker.

You can NOT buy ressources via construction office at the border.
You can buy ressources at the border, transport them to a storage building and assign the storage building as a building material source.

Asphalt and Concrete can NOT be bought at the border. You need to produce it by yourself.

How do you assign a storage as building material source (concrete and cement) ?
I can only assign construction office to building site

Concrete and asphalt cannot be bought or stored. You need to produce them by yourself. Cement can be stored but has to be used to produce concrete to be used in construction

Just as in real life, concrete and asphalt cannot be stored. It needs to be produced fresh and loaded into trucks and shipped on the construction site, as was mentioned before.

For that matter, there are variants of both the Concrete as well as Asphalt plants with more than 2 loading bays on the workshop, if you find them to be very crowded.

I have this design. I use mods. The gravel is place ( bottom ) the conveyor belt split in three and send to a gravel unload ( left ) , the top is concrete connect to a small concrete storage and the right is the asphalt. A small tank is connected for the bitumen I assign the unload gravel , the asphalt and the cement to the CO. I assign the small warehouse ( a bit at the left ) and the extreme left , the road loading / unloading attach to the open warehouse fro the bricks, planks, steels and prefab. The residential building is located in a centralize way
