How many days are there in a year

While trying to calculate how many fields I need for food/clothing complex, I realised that while we get a theoretical maximum production for a workday, I don't know how many workdays there are in a year.

Is it a simple 365? Or do laborers get weekends off and there are only 261 workdays? Or only sundays and work 313 days. Do they get vacation time and only have 240 workdays?

Or have they found the glory of the 4-day week, and there are only 209 workdays per year?
