2. I didn't necesarily mean cloning. Just one person that goes on with his/her life.
Also your comrade might help to do the republic's work, like work in the steel mill, go to the construction site and help building it etc. etc.
Oh course the SimCity 4's "U-Drive-It" mode wasn't perfect (I've personally spawned several times with my car immediately exploding because of the constantly appearing and dissapearing cars), and I see as well that implementing this into this game could also cause mayor problems , but I think it would be a nice part of the "late game" where your cities are semi-automated and you have enough "free time" to do these kinds of missions (like delivering materials from point A to point B; stopping a fire; "going to work" etc.)
Now as I say, this is an absolute fantasy and I know you will probably never add this to the game. Just a suggestion.
