Of course, you want workers riding the buses to your factories, not passengers. Generally, to get more workers, try to have their needs fulfilled when they're on their free time.

Its a matter of the buttons. You can choose who is allowed where and what bus line they can board and so on.
Even though i have busstops that can take "any" traveler, i do have line that only accepts certain workers, students, or passengers and it works fine. I use the big bus station as that station can handle multiple inbound buses without a jam.
And in the worst case scenario were you are so crowded, do try and use "only allowed" at this station, and set up stations for workers, students and passengers, that should sort it out.
Somehow it all got a lot easier when i separated houses and commercial buildings (food, sport, bar, cloth...).
Great Thanks . . . yes, when i get a chance will do a dry run with a fresh game and funds. Thanks for the tips, very helpful and appreciated. It is just a matter of me getting use to the buttons. Also, I can now not worry as much about the location of my residences.
