Ive ended up having to use skd 706 rt openhull as it carries everything that needs to be transported, thats long enough. Maybe post this in bug reports so dev can do something about the smaller faster vehicles to transport those slow ones.
I can imagine to implement an option for those vehicles like:
Opt A: Wait for Tansportation,
Opt B: Go yourself.
-zil 133 transports roller / bulldozer / asphalt paver
-skd 706 = roller / bulldozer / asphalt paver
/ Excavator E302B (11 ton) / Excavator 10011 (11 ton)
-kaz 256B = Excavator E302B (11 ton)
but no excavator 10011 (also 11 ton)
-W50 trailer = asphalt paver + roller / excavator T174
and so on You have to experiment to find out which vehicle is the best.
all these models are available in the 60s, in the 70s I have not arrived yet
I agree. Very much appreciated.
2.) If a vehicle looks like it can fit on that flatbed visually, and its not too heavy it usally can be transported.
3.) This applies to pavers, rollers, excavators and bulldozers.
So far i only build the E10011, and it can only be transported on the skd 706 RT semi-trailer or the kmz5410 semi-trailer AFAIK, because its so large and so heavy. The other smaller heavy machinery can easily transported by most open hull with vehicle transportation.
And no: on the way back all of those will drive by themself home or to the next constructions site. There are mods though with excavators without motors, because of this.
This!
Yes... It seems so ridiculous to unload a bulldozer 3+ kilometers to a distant construction site just to have the operator drive it all the way back to the construction office on his own. Probably the worst part of construction right now.
