Yeah you need two towers. I have no idea why but I had the same problem when I first built a twin reactor and a second tower solved the problem.
If there is a cooling pipe connection on the building, it need cooling.
Are you saying "gas" power plant? I'm sorry, I have 1,550 hours in game and none in the last 2.5 years. I got burned out and so much has happened. I'm embarrassed to even have to ask on here. I built the normal coal PP but I'm getting the message that no cooling towers are attached. I built a cooling tower and attached the out from the PP into the in on the cooling tower but I'm still getting the same message. Do I need 2 CTs? I thought the coal pp already have towers. Also, I see there are multiple in/out connections on cooling towers. How does that work (what is the chain – A to B to C, etc…)
